About Blue Line Pool: Who We Are and How We Work
A full-service pool company built for Greater Los Angeles, founded in 2020, with 15-plus crew members dispatching from Beverly Hills and Thousand Oaks across the coast to the Inland Empire.
Who we are
Blue Line Pool is a full-service pool company built for the Greater Los Angeles area.
We handle maintenance, chemical service, equipment repair, and equipment installation, all under one account. Our crews operate out of Beverly Hills and Thousand Oaks, covering a service area that stretches from the coast to the Inland Empire. We have 15-plus active crew members on the road providing weekly pool maintenance across Los Angeles. That scale lets us serve both residential homeowners and commercial and HOA pool service accounts like apartment complexes.
Our story
Blue Line Pool was founded in 2020, built from scratch with modern standards.
We built a company the way pool service should work: consistent scheduling, honest chemical reporting, and a crew large enough to deliver on what we promise. Starting in 2020 meant we chose current equipment standards and current chemistry practices from day one, with no legacy habits to unlearn.
Los Angeles is a demanding market. Pools here are used year-round, the water is hard, and the UV index is brutal on chlorine, especially inland in areas like Pomona and Riverside. Santa Ana wind events load debris into filters practically overnight, and wildfire ash, increasingly a seasonal reality across LA and Ventura counties, can disrupt water chemistry in ways that take real expertise to correct. We built Blue Line Pool to handle all of it: not just the routine weekly visit, but the after-events, the equipment failures, and the chemistry calls that need someone who knows what they are looking at. From day one, the goal was simple: be the only pool company a customer ever needs to call.
The team
Blue Line Pool operates with 15-plus active crew members across its service territory. Customers are assigned to a dedicated route, meaning the same technician shows up on the same schedule, week after week. That consistency is intentional. It is how we built the company.
When a technician is unavailable, coverage does not fall on the customer to figure out. We have the team depth to fill routes without skipping a visit, a direct result of investing in staff rather than staying small.
Credentials and certifications
Blue Line Pool operates with verified Google Business Profiles in both Beverly Hills and Thousand Oaks. Our dispatch address is 68 Taylor Ct, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. We are a registered business operating across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
We stay current on California's pool-specific requirements and align our practices with pool industry association standards, including Title 20 energy efficiency standards that govern pump installations and replacements. When we recommend a variable-speed pump, it is because California code and your energy bill both point in the same direction.
Our standards
Every service visit follows the same protocol, no shortcuts based on who is watching.
Our guarantees
What we stand behind, based on confirmed operational practice: consistent scheduling, honest reporting, and full-service capability under one account. If something goes wrong with your pool between visits, you call us, not a separate repair company, not a chemical supplier. One phone number handles all of it. We handle both maintenance and equipment repair, which means we have every reason to get the diagnosis right the first time.
Areas we serve
Our service area includes Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Long Beach, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Culver City, Hawthorne, and El Segundo. We also serve the Inland Empire, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Corona, as well as Orange County cities including Anaheim, Irvine, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Santa Ana. In Ventura County, we cover Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and Oxnard.
